Luna Arran who some might call the ultimate WhiskyTube fan sent me a sample of this and sent me a story in a glass about it too. After tasting the sample I had to get the full journey from a big bottle. I can wholeheartedly say that it was a great whisky which I very much enjoyed. A finely balance malt meaning you can pick different things out on the nose and palate at different times. Interesting and complex. Quite probably the best whisky I’ve had from Arran and I’ve tried quite a few.
